2. On the registration page, enter your email address, create a password for your account, and select the time zone you are located
3. Read and agree to the Terms of Service and click Sign Up.
4. The system will send a confirmation link to your email. Please, activate your account within 30 minutes. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your other mail folders as well.

Congratulations, you are successfully registered on iPERK Exchange.

3. Insert your old password and create a new one (note, that a new password must be inserted twice)
4. Click Confirm button

Please note that after changing your password, withdrawals from your account will be disabled for 24 hours for security reasons.

2FA, or two-factor authentication, adds a supplementary layer of security to the authentication process by making it harder for attackers to gain access to your account because, even if the victim's password is hacked, a password alone is not enough to pass the authentication check.

At the moment we do not accept fiat money deposits. It means that you can not buy crypto with a debit or credit card.

1. Please login to your account and find the Wallet button onthe main page
2. Select from the list the currency you want to replenish and click Deposit
3. Next, you will see the address of the wallet to make a deposit to. You can either copy and paste it, or scan the QR code. Pay attention to the network type!

Please don't forget about MEMO in case it is required and pay attention if there is a minimum deposit sum.

Depositing funds from an external platform to iPERK Exchange consists of three steps:

1. Withdrawing funds from the external platform
2. Blockchain network confirmation
3. Blockchain network confirmation

Note, that even if your transaction is marked as “completed” or “success” in the platform you're withdrawing your crypto from means that the transaction was successfully broadcast to the blockchain network.

But still, it may take some time to be fully confirmed and credited to the platform you’re withdrawing your crypto to. Each blockchain has a different amount of required network confirmations.

1. To withdraw funds, please, log in to your account and find the Wallet button on the main page
2. Select from the list the currency you want to withdraw and click Withdraw
3. Enter the wallet address (the one you want to send your funds to), the amount of coins, and Memo Tag (if required for withdrawing this particular coin).
4. Click the Request Withdraw button.
5. Confirm the withdrawal by passing the captcha and entering the 2FA code. After moderation, the funds will be successfully withdrawn.

3. After you choose a trading pair you will be redirected to the page, where you can place a buy or sell order.
4. You can place a limit, market, or stop-limit order.

Note, that if you’ve placed a limit order it is not processed immediately.

With market orders, you trade the stock for whatever the going price is and your order is executed immediately. With limit orders, you can name a price, and if the stock hits it the trade is usually executed.
